1 Speed 600 1000 Cfm Superior Hoods HEAT36-4 Stainless Steel

They are Superior to others in that they are made of 100% 304 Grade Stainless Steel, not just what is seen. Please note there is no pre-cut hole for ventilation. Unlike those that are made of the lesser 400 Grade Stainless or Galvanized Metal, these will hold up better over time and are less affected by cleaning solutions such as bleach.They feature the shallow front design (standard 16 inches tall in the front but can be as short as 6 inches!) so that they can be used where low ceilings (8 foot) are present. These hoods function where standard Box Hoods would not work. The hood still drops down closer to the cooking surfaces in the back. This allows even more of the fumes, smoke, and grease-ladened vapors to be pulled out of the building. Per the manufacturer's specifications, this hood would require 700 CFM (at 1/4in Static Pressure) if at least one side is against a wall.
